Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using AureliusTalent ("we", "our", or "us"), accessible at aureliustalent.in(the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

AureliusTalent is an AI-powered career intelligence platform for job seekers. The Service provides tools including resume analysis, job description decoding, gap analysis, interview preparation, resume rewriting, ATS optimisation, cover letter generation, LinkedIn profile optimisation, and career planning features.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

You must register for an account using Google Sign-In to access most features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts with inaccurate information.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent content.
• Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or automate access to the Service.
• Circumvent usage quotas, rate limits, or access controls.
• Share account credentials with other users.
• Use the Service to generate content that infringes third-party intellectual property.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Submit content containing personally identifiable information of third parties without their consent.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these requirements without prior notice.

4. Access Plans and Pricing

The Service offers the following plans:

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days' notice to existing plan holders.

5. Billing and Payment

Paid plans are one-time purchases that grant access for the stated period (14 days for Sprint Pass; 30 days for Intelligence Sprint and Career Elite). By purchasing a plan, you authorise us (through our payment processor, Razorpay) to process your payment.

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay (UPI, net banking, cards, and wallets). We do not store your payment credentials.

If a payment fails, we will attempt to notify you. Access will not be granted until payment is successfully processed.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

Access Expiry

Paid plans provide access for a fixed period from the date of purchase (14 days for Sprint Pass; 30 days for Intelligence Sprint and Career Elite). Access expires automatically at the end of the purchased period. There is no ongoing recurring subscription.

Refunds

Plan fees are generally non-refundable. Partial-period refunds are not provided. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days of the charge at aureliustalent.support@gmail.com and we will review the case. Refunds granted at our discretion will be credited to the original payment method.

Free Plan

The free plan may be cancelled or modified at any time without notice or compensation.

7. Usage Quotas and Fair Use

Each plan includes a defined number of AI analyses per 30-day access period (as specified in Section 4). Unused analyses do not roll over. We reserve the right to enforce quotas and rate limits to ensure fair access for all users.

We reserve the right to suspend or throttle accounts that exhibit usage patterns inconsistent with normal individual use (e.g., automated batch processing beyond plan limits).

8. Intellectual Property

Our Property

The Service, including its software, design, trademarks, and all AI-generated outputs, is owned by AureliusTalent or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership to you.

Your Content

You retain ownership of any resume text, job descriptions, or other content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a limited licence to process it solely for the purpose of providing the analysis you requested. We do not claim ownership of your submitted content.

AI-Generated Outputs

Analysis results, recommendations, and generated text produced by the Service are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute, or present AI-generated outputs as your original work in a professional context without appropriate attribution.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
• AI analysis results will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.
• The Service will meet your specific requirements.

AI-generated career analysis is informational only and does not constitute professional career counselling, legal, financial, or employment advice. You should not rely solely on the Service to make career decisions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AureliusTalent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or data.
• Loss of employment opportunities or career outcomes.
• Damages arising from reliance on AI-generated analysis.
• Service interruptions or downtime.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the three months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AureliusTalent, its operators, and licensors from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your submitted content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us to request account deletion.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date and, where required, by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
